[TIPS] Finding the right Rayqual adapter: start from your camera mount

Rayqual mount adapters

Two questions, one adapter

Every adapter is named for a pair: the lens mount in front and the camera mount behind (for example LM-SaE is Leica M lens to Sony E body). So you only need to answer two questions: what body do you shoot with, and what lens do you want to use?

Step 1: pick your camera body

Step 2: find your lens mount in that list

Inside each collection the adapters are listed by lens mount: Leica M, Leica R, L39, Canon FD, Nikon F, Contax/Yashica, M42, Pentax K, Minolta MD, Olympus OM, Konica AR, Deckel, Hasselblad, Pentax 645 and more. If your lens is not there, the lineup PDF shows the whole range on one page.

Before you order

  • Adapters are mechanical: focus and aperture are set by hand, and the camera should be set to release without a lens.
  • On Sony bodies, assigning Focus Magnifier to a button makes manual focusing much easier; our Sony E collection page shows the recommended settings.
  • An instruction manual (PDF) is linked on every product page.

All Rayqual adapters are 100% made in Japan.
