Shipping Information:

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
*We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
Packages shipped from Tokyo usually arrive at their destination quickly and at a reasonable cost. Please check the list for delivery times and shipping fees.

FedEx: FedEx International Connect Plus
It is a door-to-door service, and customs clearance is fully included.

International Mail: Shipped via Japan Post and delivered by your local postal service.
Please track your shipment using your local postal service after it arrives in your country. If customs duties or taxes are incurred, the recipient is responsible for completing the customs procedures and paying any applicable charges.

Notes

• Depending on the destination, FedEx or International Mail may not be available.
• Shipping charges are displayed in the shopping cart. However, the shipping cost may be adjusted for remote or special delivery areas.
• Please note that we may be unable to ship to certain destinations due to local conditions or restrictions in the destination country or neighboring countries.

Returns and Refunds:

Refunds are applicable only for defective items reported within one week of arrival.
The refund, including the return shipping cost, will be processed within one week after receiving the returned item.

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, or refuse to accept the parcel before delivery, your refund will be issued after deducting both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

Please note that the round-trip shipping charges can be quite expensive. For this reason, we recommend that you accept the parcel first and then return it to us yourself if you wish to return the item.
