Leica (L39) Screw-Mount Lens Adapter

Mount the adapter for attaching the Leica (L39) Screw-Mount lenses on various bodies
Two lineups: Normal type and types with an adjusting function
The type with adjusting function (ADJ Type) is provided with the lens stop position adjustment.

Types with Adjusting Function (ADJ Type)
Lens stop is adjustable to the preferred position.
*Position adjustment for stopping the turning, not the fine adjustment of the flange back.
Loosen five (5) screws of the mount on the lens side, turn the mount, and adjust the stopping position.
An adjusting type that prevents loosening or tilting of the mount by securing with five (5) screws on the mount.
The stopping position of the thread mount is unstable because of the nature of the structure.
Rotating a little too far or not enough used to be unavoidable.Using the ADJ Type, adjustment at any position is possible to your preference, such as setting the lens index exactly at the top or the infinity stopper retracting position at 45° to the lower left.

Many of the early Leica (L39) screw-mount lenses have an infinity stopper.
Among them, some lenses have a rotation angle of 180° between infinity and the shortest (1 m).
In the case of the above lens, we hear from experienced photographers that if the infinity stop knob starts at 45° in the lower left, visual focusing would be possible by viewing the knob position.
We checked the lenses on hand and were surprised to find that 3.5 m was almost at the bottom and 2 m was around 45° to the lower right, regardless of the different focal lengths of 50 mm, 35 mm, and 28 mm.
