Attaching the Leica (L39) Screw-Mount Lenses to the M body
The L-M Ring is ideal when the thickness is 1.00 mm with high precision.(1.00 mm = Flange back difference of the Leica Screw-Mount and M-Mount)
Thickness error will influence the interlocking precision of the rangefinder.
The accuracy of the distance scale will be influenced by two-stage mounting on a mirrorless camera other than Leica.

There are two types of back surface shapes depending on the manufacturing lot.
The inner wall that affects the inner surface reflection is black for both types.
