We use sublimation transfer printing that reproduces images with high accuracy, allowing us to produce photos that retain their initial beauty.

Stitches (white threads) will be placed around the product during the sewing process, but the printing can be done on the stitches as is, allowing us to print the edges of your photos without alterations.

STEP 1 : Select your image
Use a high resolution JPEG.
●Make sure it is a square image.
●Images can be up to 200MB

Notice regarding the materials
If there is a lot of black or gray color, scratches may be noticeable due to the white substrate. Photos of things like oil paintings will cause the transfer machine to react to uneven areas, resulting in black spots. Please avoid using above images when possible.
Please pay attention to the edges of the image.
Dye sublimation transfer printing is different from normal printing and needs more bleed. The finished edges will look like the one shown on the left, although it will vary depending on image size. The area outside of the edge will be cut out, so be sure to fit the important elements within the red lines.
Why a large bleed area is necessary Due to the fact that sublimation transfer printing differs from regular printing, print positioning is very difficult. This results in cases where the position shifts significantly, as shown on the right. This is the reason a large bleed area is needed.
STEP 2 : Be careful of copyright issues
Please use your own photos and artwork, or data that you have permission to use. Never use data downloaded from the internet, including the work of others, no matter how nice it may be. *We cannot accept orders in any of the following cases.
1. Images that infringe copyrights, or has not been given to the public domain
Trademarked markings (characters)
Celebrities (entertainers, etc.), characters, etc.
Portraits of others used without permission.
Portraits of minors must have the consent of a guardian.
Free materials, etc., for which permission must be obtained separately
2. Images that contain personal information
Names, phone numbers, addresses, social media handles, etc.
3. Images that are deemed inappropriate, such as those that violate moral principles
Any material that defames or slanders a specific individual, country, religion, group, etc.
Sexual images that include nudity or underwear
Material that may encourage suicide, self-harm, drug abuse, or excessive alcohol consumption
4. Any other material we deem inappropriate

STEP 4 : Data check
We will check the uploaded JPEG images and if there are no issues, we will start printing.
If the data is incomplete, we will contact you and ask you to re-upload your data.

*If you fall under anything in STEP 2, we will not be able to accept your order.
STEP 5 : We will ship the final product
We will ship your product to the specified address within two to three weeks of your order.
