[TIPS] Camouflage a camera or protect a tripod with EASY WRAPPER Bandage
A hook-and-loop tape with no hooks on the outside
EASY WRAPPER Bandage is a 5 cm wide, 2 m long strip whose lining sticks firmly to its own outer material. Just wrap it around and it holds. It is not sticky, so it does not damage your skin, your clothes or the finish of your gear, and it can be unwrapped and reused many times.
Three ways to use it
- Camouflage a lens or camera. Start at the lens hood and wind the tape toward the body, overlapping each turn by about a third. The Green camo and Tree camo patterns break up the outline of black gear for wildlife and bird photography.
- Protect a tripod. Wrap the upper leg sections where you carry the tripod on your shoulder. It cushions the leg and keeps cold metal or carbon off your hands in winter.
- Bundle things. Cut a short length to tie cables, strap a monopod to a bag, or hold a reflector folded.
It can be cut to any length with scissors. Two colors: Green camo and Tree camo.
Care
Remove lint with a lint roller after use. If it gets dirty, hand-wash with a neutral detergent and dry in the shade; it is machine-washable in a laundry net. Do not brush, iron or dry-clean. Not waterproof.
